Executive Director, Global Commercial Proleukin
Iovance Biotherapeutics
Iovance Biotherapeutics seeks an Executive Director to lead global commercial strategy and operations for Proleukin across U.S. and international markets. The role owns profit-and-loss performance, sets business priorities, and coordinates cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and market access.
Responsibilities
- Establish and communicate global commercial strategy and performance measures for Proleukin
- Own P&L performance and advise senior leadership on business results, risks, and growth opportunities
- Make decisions on inventory, distribution, market priorities, budgets, and staffing
- Lead global business planning including forecasting, account coverage, and short- and long-range strategy
- Coordinate commercial plans with clinical, regulatory, manufacturing, medical affairs, and sales teams
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading global commercial operations for pharmaceutical or oncology products
- Strong scientific knowledge and understanding of oncology therapies and hospital-administered products
- Proven ability to manage P&L, budgets, forecasting, and financial planning
- Experience coordinating across clinical, regulatory, manufacturing, and commercial functions
- Track record of setting strategy and driving business results in regulated healthcare environments
- Leadership experience with team development and succession planning
