Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive patient experience in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assess and monitor patient health status, including vital signs and symptoms.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Assist in improving healthcare policies and procedures to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Prior experience in a nursing role is advantageous.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
