This assignment encompasses multiple hospital facilities located in Western NY, each providing inpatient interventional radiology and diagnostic radiology services to regional patient populations. The facilities maintain established imaging infrastructure, including syngo plaza for PACS, to support clinical documentation and procedural workflow. Clinical operations are delivered on-site within structured inpatient environments.

The Western NY region offers a range of regional attractions and recreational activities throughout the year. Clinicians may enjoy outdoor pursuits, cultural events, and local dining options during time away from the assignment. The region provides access to scenic landscapes, community festivals, and year-round activities suited to varied interests.

Clinicians will provide on-site inpatient interventional radiology and diagnostic radiology coverage during day shifts at multiple hospitals in Western NY, Monday through Friday, with shift hours of 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM and 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Required procedures include barium swallows, upper GI studies, barium enemas, video swallows, sniff tests, arthrograms, joint injections and aspirations, paracentesis, and thoracentesis. Dictation is performed using the Nuance system, and imaging workflow is supported by syngo plaza for PACS. No call responsibilities are associated with this assignment.
