Overview
Physical Therapy Assistant, LTAC, Nashua, NH. Start date 06/29/2026. Duration: 14 weeks. Weekly pay range $1,671–$1,758 per week. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. Shift: 5x8 Days. Setting: long-term care (LTC) – nursing home. This travel assignment is managed through Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist, implement and progress rehabilitation plans for LTAC residents.
- Conduct therapeutic exercises, gait training, range of motion, balance activities, and functional mobility interventions.
- Assist with activities of daily living as needed during therapy sessions and support patient independence.
- Document patient progress and contribute to准确 charting in accordance with facility policies.
- Monitor patient response to therapy, report changes to the supervising PT and nursing team, and adjust treatments as directed.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized therapy area, following infection control and safety guidelines.

Requirements
- Current New Hampshire Physical Therapy Assistant license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assisting.
- 1+ year of experience in LTAC or long-term care settings preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced LTAC environment and collaborate with the care team.
- Willingness to travel for a 14-week assignment and commit to a 40-hour workweek.
- Strong communication skills and ability to document accurately and concisely.
