Shift: Days, 5×8 hours (Monday–Friday business hours; shift between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM)

Responsibilities

• Pediatric discharge planning
• Care coordination
• Medical necessity reviews
• Durable Medical Equipment (DME) planning
• Utilization review
• Developing patient care plans
• Collaborating with physicians, social workers, PT, pharmacy, respiratory therapy, and other interdisciplinary teams

RequirementsActive Alaska RN License (required)2+ years of RN experienceAcute care hospital experience (required)Pediatric/NICU experience (required)Epic EMR experience (required)BLS and ACM-RN certification are preferred
