Traveling Business Consultant

Home base flexibility in Chicago, Dallas, Phoenix, Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Denver, with travel woven into every week.

Love the rush of walking into a room and owning it? Always got a bag half-packed because you can't wait for the next trip? Whether you're just starting out or looking for a career with real momentum, this one is for you.

We're looking for high-energy, naturally magnetic people who want to get in front of medical and dental practice owners and their teams- right in their own offices- week after week, city after city, and have a passion for business growth. No industry background required. No years of experience required. Just presence, hustle, and a desire to travel and public speaking. We'll teach you the rest, through a structured training and mentorship program that turns confident communicators into professional consultants.

Why natural communicators thrive here

• You're leading the room, reading energy, and adapting on your feet.
• Every visit is a new practice, a new team, and a new chance to connect and leave people better than you found them.
• If you light up in front of people and go grow bored behind a desk, this role was built for you.

Why travelers can't get enough of this job

• You're on the road, in new cities, working inside new practices; this is a career built for people who'd rather see the country than sit in one office.
• Home base flexibility in Chicago, Dallas, Phoenix, Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Denver, with travel woven into every week.
• Every trip is a chance to explore a new city on someone else's dime while doing work that actually matters.

What you'll be doing

• Delivering dynamic, high-energy trainings, on-site in medical and dental practices, that drive real, visible results
• Leading in-office sessions that keep teams engaged, energized, and accountable
• Thinking on your feet, handling objections, and adapting in real time
• Building trust fast with everyone from front-desk team members to the doctors who own the practice
• Helping practice owners identify their next steps to grow their business
• Owning the full experience, from pre-training prep to post-training follow-up

What it takes to win in this role

• Confidence and excellent presentation skills in front of a group- this is mandatory
• The ability to connect, influence, and inspire action
• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to pivot quickly
• Selling the next step to the owner/doctor at your training day
• A high level of personal accountability and follow-through
• A genuine love of travel and new environments
• A desire to not just meet goals & quotas … but blow past them

What you'll get

• Base salary + performance-based incentives, dental, medical, 401K- your energy and results are rewarded
• Paid travel across the country as a core part of the job, not a rare perk- plus you keep the travel perks
• A career with genuine momentum- grow fast, take on more, and build something big early

Ready to travel, lead the room, and grow fast?

If you're looking for a role where you can grow fast, make an impact, and be part of something bigger, we should talk. Ideal locations are Chicago, Dallas, Phoenix, Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Denver.
