You Are:

You are a high-energy, results-driven individual with a deep understanding of static timing analysis (STA) and its ecosystem including multidie signoff and constraints management. You are passionate about technical product management and demonstrate a deep sense of accountability and collaboration. Your keen attentiveness to current and future customer and market trends in timing signoff is unmatched. You have the ability to learn and understand the myriad of use-cases and customer flows for STA, multidie signoff and constraints management that makes customers value their collaboration with us. With a robust background in semiconductor digital design and technical marketing or product management, you excel in building and managing relationships with key customers, partners and internal teams. You thrive in a matrix environment, demonstrating exceptional oral, public speaking, and written communication skills. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Engage directly with customers to understand requirements, anticipate market shifts, identify future design trends, capture high value problems and translate them into comprehensive Marketing Requirements Documents (MRDs). 
• Collaborate closely with product managers to identify and define new technologies, flows and products to drive sustainable growth within the product line.
• Assimilate customer requirements, technology trends, and competitive intelligence to shape product roadmaps.
• Create compelling customer presentation materials to effectively communicate Synopsys’ technical value.
• Curate material describing customer use-cases to influence timing signoff roadmap and create differentiation.
• Conduct comparative studies of the product line against competitors and customer requirements.
• Analyze wins and losses technically to enhance future product offerings.
• Facilitate field communication and training sessions.
• Lead technical discussions in Standards bodies and partnerships with foundry vendors.
• Promote product lines through articles, white papers, application notes, seminars, and industry events.
• Produce thought leadership outbound collateral 
• Work closely with sales, engineering, and application engineering teams to communicate technical benefits and understand customer needs.
• Serve as a recognized expert and role model in the field, representing Synopsys internally and externally.

What You’ll Need:

• 20+ years of relevant experience in technical field/product support or technical product management, ideally in EDA or semiconductor industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (BS EE) or equivalent technical discipline.
• Deep expertise in static timing analysis, multidie signoff and constraints management.
• Proven experience in one or more domains: Signoff, Digital Design/Implementation, Verification.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence, and lead in a matrixed organization.
• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and public-speaking skills.

Our team works closely with R&D, field application engineering, strategic customers, foundry and ecosystem partners, and executive leadership to identify market opportunities, define product strategy, and drive customer success. As a senior technical product manager, you will play a key role in influencing product direction, developing differentiated solutions for complex customer challenges, and ensuring Synopsys continues to lead the industry in timing signoff innovation.
