Role Description The Store Leader is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Duluth, MN, responsible for driving store performance while fostering an engaging, inclusive environment for customers and associates. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include leading the store team, setting clear goals, and coaching associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales and profitability targets. The Store Leader oversees visual merchandising, ensures brand standards are consistently met, and manages daily operations such as scheduling, inventory, and opening/closing procedures. This role also focuses on talent development, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance feedback to support associate growth and retention. The Store Leader partners closely with regional and home office teams to execute company initiatives, maintain operational excellence, and contribute to a culture that values teamwork, fun, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Proven leadership skills in retail or a related customer‑focused environment, including team management, coaching, and performance development. Strong customer service and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to create a welcoming, inclusive experience for diverse customers and associates. Experience with store operations, such as scheduling, inventory management, cash handling, and adherence to company policies and procedures. Ability to analyze sales reports, set goals, and implement strategies to drive revenue, profitability, and key performance metrics. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening. Adaptability and problem‑solving abilities to respond to changing priorities, resolve issues, and support a fast‑paced retail environment. Basic proficiency with point‑of‑sale systems and general computer applications; comfort learning new tools and technologies. High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary education in business, retail management, or a related field is beneficial.
