- Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly pay rate of $62.95
- Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit

- Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable
- Conduct mental health screenings and assessments based on records reviews and clinical interviews with inmates
- Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans tailored to inmate needs
- Document treatment activities and evaluations accurately in health care records
- Provide mental health assessments, counseling, and crisis intervention services
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Apply psychological counseling theories and techniques to help inmates improve mental well-being
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support inmate health and safety
- Valid driver's license and Social Security Card for facility clearance (DS completed by facility)
- Relevant licensure and certifications (as appropriate for practice)
- Minimum of previous mental health counseling experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
