We're seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to join our team and help drive exceptional resident care, staff development, and clinical excellence.As an RN Unit Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in overseeing daily clinical operations, supporting and mentoring nursing staff, and partnering with the Director of Nursing to ensure outstanding outcomes for our residents.
