The Global Financial Crimes Surveillance Unit (GFCSU), within Global Financial Crimes Compliance (GFCC), plays a critical role in detecting and mitigating financial crime while ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements. This role offers the opportunity to lead key initiatives within the Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) workstream, supporting the evolution of processes, controls, and operational effectiveness. You will partner across teams to deliver impactful solutions, enhance risk mitigation, and drive continuous improvement in how financial crimes investigations are conducted. This is a highly visible role that provides exposure across GFCC and the opportunity to build project, operational, and stakeholder management skills, while directly contributing to strengthening American Express’s financial crimes compliance framework.
