We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Manager to join our Client Sales & Insights team. Based in New York, you will lead beauty client engagements, deliver actionable insights, and drive business growth through data‑driven recommendations. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams and clients to solve complex business challenges, leveraging your critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to influence decisions and outcomes. Job Responsibilities Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships by aligning Circana’s data and software solutions with their strategic goals. Translate complex data into actionable insights that help clients make informed decisions and achieve measurable outcomes. Lead end‑to‑end sales processes including prospecting, needs assessment, solution development, negotiation, and closing. Partner with teams (e.g., Client Insights, Product, and Analytics) to deliver integrated solutions and ensure client success. Stay current on trends in beauty to position Circana as a thought leader and trusted advisor. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations, including decision‑makers and influencers. Leverage Circana’s proprietary platforms (e.g., Unify+, Liquid Data, Intelligence Suite) to support client engagements and solution delivery. Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering consistent value. Conceive, manage, and deliver fact‑based analyses, with a focus on consumer solutions, providing clients with clear, actionable insights to inform strategy. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or related field. 5+ years of client service research experience within market research (consumer, POS, custom, and/or syndicated research), preferably within beauty industry, CPG, or retail. Collaborative team player with a growth‑oriented, curious mindset and willingness to embrace new ideas. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment. Exceptional presentation and communication skills with a solid understanding of consultative selling techniques. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
