THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you a licensed insurance professional who enjoys sales, building relationships, and helping customers? We're looking for an ambitious producer who takes ownership, thrives on achieving goals, and is excited about growing with our agency.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and lead follow-up.

• Quote and sell auto, home, and other insurance products.

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.

• Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients.

• Follow up consistently with prospects to convert leads into sales.

• Meet or exceed individual sales goals.

• Identify cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base.

• Maintain accurate records and deliver exceptional customer service.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Active Maryland Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License REQUIRED.

• Previous insurance sales experience preferred.

• Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable prospecting for new business.

• Excellent follow-up skills and attention to detail.

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
