• Complete all general electrical in-home, service calls. * 
• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.  
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.  
• Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.  
• Always present professionalism and knowledge to win new referrals and repeat business.  
• Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.  
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.  
• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats.  
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations. * 
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback and option sheets. * 
• Installs and repairs electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in buildings.  
• Installs conduits and pipes to house electrical wires and cables.  
• Installs circuit breakers and other electrical hardware and connects wiring to them.  
• Connects electrical systems to powerlines to provide electricity to the building.  
• Tests electrical systems to ensure proper installation and operation.  
• Troubleshoot problems and make timely repairs * 
• Manage and mentor apprentice electricians  
• Stay apprised of revisions to national electrical code (NEC) and other relevant legislation, building and safety regulations.  
• Develop proven track record in electrical techniques including electrical hardware, junction boxes and circuit breaker units, trace lines and reading wiring diagrams
