Date: May 20, 2026 Location: Franklin, WI, 53132 Company: Lubrizol Corporation Job Type: Full‑time / On‑site Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00pm‑10:30pm) How You’ll Make An Impact As a Process Technician you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving specialty chemical solutions forward. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing, and enhance modern life. In This Role, You Will Disassemble, clean and reassemble material handling equipment in a thorough and timely manner. Supply clean IPA used for cleaning to various departments. Maintain disposable equipment inventory levels using the Kanban system Prepare and label solvent hazardous waste for disposal. Follow procedures for safe handling of flammable solvents. Assemble material handling equipment. Accurately record data on routers, QAD and other ERP systems used. Perform set‑up of molding equipment on Vesta presses. Diagnose/troubleshoot processing issues on Vesta presses Provide technical support to daily production activities utilizing Vesta presses. Set‑up and maintain manual secondary cutting and punching fixtures. Set‑up and maintain automated cutting and punching equipment. Diagnose/troubleshoot vision inspection camera issues. Perform set‑up of molding equipment on commercial presses. Diagnose/troubleshoot and repair material delivery systems. Diagnose/troubleshoot processing issues on commercial presses Ability to wire heaters in parallel or series. Disassemble, clean and re‑assemble cold runner systems. Set‑up and maintain part handling automation equipment. Replace intricate mold components. Inspect, review and score mold conditions. Execute established molding DOEs. Balance a multi‑drop cold runner utilizing sequential valve gates. Understand and follow SOPs and Work Instructions in your area. Maintain safety, quality, productivity, scrap, rework, utilization, and efficiency. Other duties as assigned. Observe and promote company standards and policies on safety, quality and productivity. Understand Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in medical device and clean room environment. Support and observe 5S and other lean manufacturing methodologies. Required Qualifications That Enable Your Success Successful completion of four‑years of high school, or equivalent is required. 3+ years of experience, or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities. Experience performing mechanical, electrical, electronics, hydraulics or pneumatic systems repair (preferred). Basic understanding of Preventative Maintenance Programs and 5S principles. Medical Device manufacturing and clean room environment experience is desired. Preferred Qualifications That Drive You Forward Excellent written and verbal communication and effective human interaction skills. Flexible to change and possess a high degree level of integrity and can do attitude. Willing to work in a team environment and contribute to group goals. Able to convert units of measurement, add, subtract multiplication and division. Ability to receive and provide instructions in a positive manner. Proficient in basic hand tools such as adjustable wrench, Allen keys, screwdrivers, ratchet and sockets. Your Work Environment Standing, walking, or operating equipment for extended periods. Working in a lab or manufacturing setting with appropriate PPE provided. Use of computers and digital tools in an office or hybrid environment. Occasional lifting or movement of materials. Adherence to rigorous safety protocols and ergonomic standards. Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts with risk of electrical shock. Occasional exposure to hazardous fumes or airborne particles, high places, and weather conditions. Moderate noise level (normal shop conditions). Required PPE: safety glasses, hairnet/beard cover, jumpsuit, gloves, earplugs, steel‑toed shoes (preferred). Physical demand: medium with frequent lifting 10‑25 lbs, occasional higher; sustained bending, stoop, kneel, crouch/crawl, reach above shoulders, and repetitive bending or squatting. Vision requirements: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, ability to adjust focus.
