Concrete Superintendent

Job Description Seeking an experienced field leader with 5+ years in concrete paving for municipal and industrial projects. Excavation and site developement experience is a plus. You will lead daily jobsite operations, supervise crews, ensure safety, coordinate with inspectors, and make confident field decisions. LOCAL WORK, HOME EVERYNIGHT!

Qualifications
- 5-10 years experience with paving, flatwork, footings, structural slabs, underground utilities etc.
- Proven leadership managing crews
- Experience with paving machines and other equipment
- Strong knowledge of plans, specs, and field execution
- Committed to safety, quality, and efficient project delivery
