Project Director

Position Title: Project Director - Mayo Behavioral Health Overview: Mayo Behavioral Health is a leading mental health organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals through evidence-based practices and compassionate care. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Director to join our team and lead the planning and implementation of various behavioral health projects. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all aspects of assigned behavioral health projects, including budget, timeline, and deliverables. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify project goals and objectives, create a comprehensive project plan, and set realistic timelines for completion. Lead and motivate project team members to ensure successful completion of project milestones and deliverables. Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and funding agencies to secure resources and support for projects. Coordinate and facilitate regular project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members. Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or delays, developing and implementing mitigation strategies as needed. Provide regular reports to senior management and stakeholders on project status, progress, and outcomes. Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in the behavioral health field, incorporating them into project planning and implementation. Qualifications: Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Social Work, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in a healthcare or social services setting. Strong understanding of mental health and behavioral healthcare systems and services. Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders and community partners. Experience in grant writing and securing funding for projects. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
