Technology Specialist

Technology Specialist Oversees end‑to‑end delivery of technical solutions to end users, ensuring efficient, effective service aligned with business expectations. Acts as an escalation point and partners across enterprise teams. Responsibilities Understand business needs, objectives, and challenges to ensure services meet or exceed expectations. Drive innovation and develop sustainable solutions for complex vendor or system requirements throughout the lifecycle. Perform day‑to‑day team operations, ensuring services adhere to SLAs and OLAs. Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and external partners for timely, high‑quality service delivery. Implement and maintain best practices, processes, and standards for service delivery. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Identify and mitigate risks that could impact delivery and resolve issues with stakeholders. Maintain team cohesiveness through collaboration, guidance, and support. Qualifications 3‑5 years of experience in service delivery, account management, or technical customer support. Experience working in service delivery teams. Knowledge of industry‑standard service delivery methodologies. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. B.S. or B.A. preferred but not required. Securities/Financial Services industry experience required. Broker‑dealer experience preferred; minimum 1 yr. FINRA licensure preferred. Compensation Annual base salary range: $77,580 – $96,980 (USD).
