We're looking for a Staffing Coordinator who is organized, dependable, and ready to help build strong teams.Key ResponsibilitiesApplicant Outreach - Make initial contact with job applicants and schedule next-step conversations.Phone Screenings - Conduct structured phone interviews with prospective candidates.Job Site Knowledge - Learn all active job sites and provide applicants with accurate role descriptions and expectations.Onboarding & Offboarding - Assist with new-hire setup and employee offboarding processes.Document Management - Upload onboarding forms, training records, termination paperwork, and other required documentation.Daily Team Meeting - Attend the 4:00 PM meeting and share updates on weekly hiring metrics.Weekly Reporting - Prepare and submit reports covering new hires, terminations, referrals, and applicant communication.Payroll Coordination - Work with payroll to remove inactive employees from tracking systems.What You Need to SucceedReliable attendance and consistent punctualityAbility to work independently and collaborate with a teamStrong attention to detail and accuracyPositive attitude and willingness to learnSteady availability throughout the week
