Job Title: Mowing Divisional Manager
Location: Jefferson City (Will Manage the Lake Ozark area)

Position Summary
The Mowing Divisional Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the mowing division, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This role manages staff, schedules work, maintains customer satisfaction, and is accountable for the division's overall performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily mowing operations and scheduling.
• Supervise, train, and support field staff.
• Ensure quality standards and safety compliance.
• Monitor budgets, labor, and equipment.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape or commercial mowing operations.
• Previous leadership or management experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license.
