Senior Production Coordinator - Kids Apparel
Fourth Floor
Well known children's apparel company is seeking an experienced Senior Production Coordinator to oversee production from pre-production through final delivery, working closely with internal teams and overseas manufacturing partners.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage production calendars, schedules, capacity, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with factories, Sourcing, Product Development, Technical Design, QA, Compliance, and Logistics
- Monitor quality, testing, compliance, and production performance
- Identify and resolve production issues and risks
- Track WIP, delivery status, and key production KPIs
- Build strong factory relationships and drive continuous improvement
What we’re looking for:
- 5–8 years of experience in apparel production, manufacturing, or supply chain
- Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing and factory operations
- Experience with overseas factories and high-volume programs
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel; PLM/ERP experience is a plus
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
