Specific activities may change from time to time.Applies automation, monitoring, and optimization techniques to ensure high availability and performance of infrastructure.Manages infrastructure engineering projects and processes aligned with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.Collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to integrate new technologies and continuously improve infrastructure standards and processes.Troubleshoots and resolves complex technical issues impacting infrastructure performance and reliability.Supports compliance with technology strategies, standards, and governance to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory adherence.Reviews and guides infrastructure designs, configurations, and procedures to support operational consistency and knowledge sharing.Provides technical guidance and direction to lower-level technical professionals.Develops technical solutions with deep analysis of infrastructure systems and leads infrastructure processesOperates with high ownership and can make meaningful progress without fully defined requirements.Communicates technical complexity in plain language and can effectively engage both executive and technical audiences.Comfortable operating in environments that include legacy technologies, ongoing modernization efforts, and emerging capabilities.QualificationsRequired Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in infrastructure engineering.Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies including cloud, network, database, storage, platform, computing, and middleware.Preferred QualificationsLeads the design, build, and implementation of Rubrik-based enterprise data protection platforms, with 5+ years of experience.3+ years of experience designing and supporting solutions across AWS and Azure cloud platforms.3+ years of experience leading Infrastructure-as-Code automation using Python, including Rubrik workflow automation.Experience using Rally to manage Agile work, user stories, and feature delivery.Experience using Confluence for technical documentation and knowledge management.5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including CMDB, incident, change, and problem management.Proficiency in GitLab CI/CD pipeline authoring, including multi-stage pipelines, runners, environments, and security scanning integration.Working knowledge of Ansible and Ansible Automation Platform, including playbook authoring, inventory management, and AAP workflow templates.1-2+ years of experience applying AI models and Infrastructure-as-Code to automate operational workflows.Proficiency with SRE telemetry tools like Splunk, Grafana and the ability to build dashboards along with being specific on python frameworks like fast Api and Django Master’s degree in relevant technical discipline.Experience working in a regulated financial services environment where compliance constraints directly shape technical architecture decisions.Experience with OPA (Open Policy Agent) and policy-as-code patterns in pipeline enforcement contexts.Infrastructure-as-code competency in Terraform or equivalent, with demonstrated deployment experience in Azure and/or AWS environments.The annual base salary for this position is $125,000 - $155,000.General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of Truist Financial Corporation: All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist offering the position.
