Summary Provide exceptional customer service on the sales floor of the women's footwear department at the Beverly Center. Engage customers to understand needs, offer styling and fit recommendations, and help drive sales while maintaining product knowledge and merchandising standards. Work collaboratively with the footwear team to create a welcoming shopping experience. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers, build relationships, and drive individual sales. Demonstrate product knowledge of women's shoes and recommend styles, sizes, and care. Maintain visual merchandising, keep displays organized, and ensure inventory is stocked. Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using the point-of-sale system. Participate in floor moves, inventory counts, and team selling to meet store goals. Requirements 2 years retail or sales experience, preferably in women's footwear or apparel. Strong customer service and communication skills with a sales-focused attitude. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
