Overview
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (LTCA) – Day shift in Monterey, California, United States. Start date 09/14/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment in a skilled nursing facility. Weekly pay range: $1,251–$1,260 per week. Guaranteed hours: 38 per week. This opportunity is a travel temporary assignment requiring in-person OT services in a SNF setting.

Responsibilities
- Deliver and document individualized occupational therapy interventions for residents, aligned with the approved plan of care.
- Assess ADLs and functional mobility; tailor activities and adaptive strategies to promote independence and safety.
- Implement treatment plans and adjust interventions based on resident response and progress; document outcomes in Rehab Optima (NetHealth) as required.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PT, nursing, SLP, social work) to support resident goals and coordinate care.
- Maintain equipment, organize supplies, and ensure a clean, safe therapy environment in the SNF setting.
- Participate in care planning, rounds, and fiscal documentation to support continuity of care and regulatory compliance.

Requirements
- Active California license to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Certification as a COTA (LTCA specialty listed) and current credentials for practice in California
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred or required as indicated
- Experience using Rehab Optima (NetHealth) or willingness to use the Rehab Optima computer system for documentation
- Ability to work the day shift in a travel assignment and perform flexible, resident-centered OT services
