Performance Measurement Program Manager

to join our expanding firm in the Washington, DC area. This position provides the opportunity for significant client interaction by learning the client’s business and become a trusted advisor. Ideal candidates will demonstrate versatility in understanding and performing work related to managing a Federal Stakeholder Outreach and Performance Management program (this is not an IT program). This position provides a hybrid work environment requiring in-office participation 1 day per week. Duties and Responsibilities Program Manager shall provide senior-level technical and management support for all Contract activities and shall serve as the primary interface and point of contact with client on program issues. Possess comprehensive, in-depth technical expertise and experience with quantitative and qualitative program evaluation designs, methods, and approaches. Oversee the financial and administrative aspects of the contract requirements. Requirements Required Qualifications: Currently hold, or able to obtain and maintain, DHS fitness determination Minimum of 7 years' work experience in program evaluation Master’s or PhD in a relevant field (statistics or social sciences) Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following: Program Evaluation Data Collection Performance Measurement Cost/Risk Tradeoff Analysis Demonstrated project management ability Strong oral and written communication skills. Desired Qualifications: Previous experience supporting DHS SALARY RANGE: $160K - $180K (subject to change) ELIGIBLE FOR PERFORMANCE BASE BONUS Chevo?
