A well-established Atlanta law firm is seeking a Business & Complex Litigation Associate Attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to handle sophisticated commercial disputes while working alongside experienced litigators in a collaborative environment. The firm offers meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and a clear path for professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage business and complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.
• Take and defend depositions, participate in hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Work closely with clients, opposing counsel, and the firm's litigation team.
• Assist with trial preparation and courtroom proceedings as needed.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Georgia (or ability to become licensed).
• 3+ years of business, commercial, or complex litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
