1. Base salary up to $105,000 (based on experience).
2. Signing bonus.
3. Monthly and weekly bonus structure averaging $1,000 or more per month!

Your Role & Impact as a BCBA Deliver high-quality clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth. Provide remote coaching, supervision, and support to Behavior Technicians in the field. Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles. Lead virtual family training sessions to reinforce strategies and drive consistency.
