You’ll be a key link between parts arriving at the bench and quality-approved products leaving it. With precise tools in hand and clear instructions at the ready, you’ll assemble, verify, and deliver on schedule—keeping the workspace spotless and the line moving.

• Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to build parts and products
• Follow documented work instructions along with blueprints and diagrams
• Inspect your work thoroughly to catch defects and confirm quality targets
• Keep your station clean, organized, and safe
• Achieve daily production goals and meet deadlines
• Detect and report equipment malfunctions or process issues promptly
• Adhere to all safety rules and procedures without exception

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Background in assembly or manufacturing is beneficial
• Ability to read and follow instructions and basic technical documentation
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Team-oriented approach and strong communication
• Basic proficiency with common hand tools and equipment

• Able to stand for extended periods
• Able to lift up to [25–50 lbs]
• Able to perform repetitive motions as part of the job
