Wheeler Mission Ministries is seeking a Lead Addiction Recovery Case Manager II to provide a continuum of care for guests in a faith-based residential setting. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized goals, and coordinate services to support recovery and stability. The role includes crisis intervention, mentoring, discipleship, and facilitating groups, with reporting to the Program Manager in the Center for Women and Children. Full-time, non-exempt, on-site in Indianapolis. #J-18808-Ljbffr
