Personal Banker (Bilingual Spanish Preferred)

We are looking for a service-minded, people-focused Personal Banker (Bilingual Preferred) to join our team-having someone who naturally motivates others, brings energy to new initiatives, and takes pride in helping move ideas into action. Responsibilities: Build and nurture relationships with customers by identifying their financial needs and recommending tailored banking solutions. Open and service personal and business accounts while ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant. Educate customers about bank products, services, digital tools, and financial wellness strategies. Occasionally assist with teller transactions to support branch operations as needed. Collaborate with your team to achieve branch goals and provide an exceptional customer experience. Exhibit sound judgment in decision-making, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. Be a positive presence on the team-supporting others and celebrating wins. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree preferred. Prior experience in retail banking, sales, or customer service strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Flexibility to adapt to different tasks and branch needs.
