Clinical Liaison RnThis position represents Providence Home Services (HS) at contracted facilities and requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. The role of the Clinical Liaison RN is to coordinate and arrange home care services between HS and contracted facilities for home health, home infusion, and home medical equipment associated with a clinical referral, except when there is an onsite HME liaison.Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they're invaluable.
