Together, we can shape the future of these industries and achieve remarkable success.Job DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Domain Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Perform business analysis projects using advanced techniques (e.g., predictive analytics, scenario modelling) to identify strategic opportunities within the domain, influencing long-term decisions and value chain optimization Perform detailed evaluations of IT solutions, leveraging domain expertise to assess effectiveness and alignment with client goals, guiding strategic technology decisions Create documentation for systems, ensuring precision and thoroughness, while leading efforts to articulate sophisticated technical concepts for diverse stakeholders Perform specialized research on third-party products, providing in-depth insights on features, performance, and integration capabilities to ensure alignment with client needs and industry standards Create solution architectures and develop comprehensive architectural diagrams, ensuring scalability, resilience, and integration with existing infrastructure. Run the technical aspects of implementation by applying domain knowledge and ensuring scalable optimal system performance. Design and execute maintenance strategies to ensure long-term system reliability Your contribution to the team: Expertise in of IT solutions and solution architecture for specific sectors Proficiency in evaluating IT solutions and aligning them with business enhancement goals A focus on innovation and adaptability for integrating new technologies Proactive problem-solving to streamline complex requirements. Skilled in research, innovation adoption, and designing scalable architectures, aligned with industry standards and best practicesRequired Skill and Experience• Experience working as part of an Agile Release Train in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)Experience in Retail Merchandising domain (Buying & procurement, Planning, inventory management, allocation & replenishment • Experience within a retail IT environment • Experience mentoring Product Owners or partnering with Product Owners to support backlog health, prioritization, and delivery alignment.• Strong knowledge of business analysis, product management concepts, roadmap planning, and value-driven prioritization desired.Preferred Skill and Experience• Exposure to AI/GenAI-driven product capabilities, including Awareness of LLMs, agentic solutions, experience in Copilot/Claude, and intelligent automation use cases.• Ability to identify, prioritize, and translate business opportunities into product features and user stories leveraging AI/ML & automation solutions.Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
