ROLE: - Oracle Cloud HCM Technical with Core HR

LOCATION: - Phoenix, AZ (onsite)

DURATION: - Long term contract

Required Experience:

Oracle Cloud HCM Technical consultant with minimum of 4+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation & support

Knowledge of Core HR module is must
Worked in 3 or more Oracle HCM Cloud
Implementation or support projects as a Technical consultant.
Sound hands-on experience in Fast Formula, BI & OTBI Reports, Value Set, UDT and Personalization & Customizations and Workflow.

Strong technical knowledge in Oracle HCM Cloud security, Reporting, Data Migration and Interface/Integration development using HDL, PBL, HCM Extract, BIP, Web Service etc.
Reports and Analytics - knowledge on existing reports/ custom report creation methods

Should have excellent communication skills.
Needs to demonstrate good understanding of Business processes.
Able to work with integrating with other downstream system and to design extensions/ APIs for exporting item data to downstream systems.
