Lead Solutions Analyst - Data Analyst

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• Formal software engineering training or certification, plus 5+ years of applied experience.
• Strong background in data analysis, data mapping, and working with large data sets.
• Proven experience working across business streams with exposure to front-to-back system implementation.
• Solid understanding of core technology concepts, business architecture, and technical architecture.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and produce high-quality documentation.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and drive several workstreams at once.
• Self-starter who works proactively and independently with strong initiative.
• Practical team player with strong attention to detail.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities in analysis workflows, with strong validation practices and awareness of data sensitivity.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted analysis and recommendations before use, escalating uncertainties and following data-handling expectations.
• Preferred: experience in Know Your Customer, Anti-Money Laundering, or broader risk and compliance technology programs.
• Preferred: familiarity with agile delivery methods and cross-functional product teams.
• Preferred: exposure to data governance frameworks and enterprise data management practices.

• Review business requirements to ensure the full scope of business needs is captured and clearly articulated.
• Analyze requirements in detail and develop standardized, reusable solutions.
• Design functional solutions that support ongoing KYC and Risk Assessment initiatives.
• Prepare detailed interface mapping documents and static data to support solution delivery.
• Review solutions and interface mapping documents with business and technology stakeholders to confirm alignment with expectations and needs.
• Maintain the quality of functional solutions and documentation in line with program standards.
• Support business onboarding UAT, including test case preparation, planning, communication, and activity tracking.
• Collaborate closely with fellow BAs and team members to balance workload and meet targets.
• Build and sustain strong working relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
• Identify risks and issues early, define mitigation steps, and communicate updates promptly.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted analysis and documentation practices with human review and adherence to delivery standards.
