Job Brief
Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Warehouse Operator for our client. This job is responsible for accurately pulling, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting overall warehouse operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

What’s a Typical Day Like?

• Proactively contributes to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
• Pulls daily ticket orders accurately and efficiently.
• Pays close attention to detail to pull parts for customer orders according to ticket specifications.
• Prepares and packs customer orders for shipment using established packaging procedures.
• Verifies order quantities and part numbers prior to shipment.
• Maintains organization and cleanliness of shipping and packing work areas.
• Assists with stocking and organizing inventory as directed.
• Utilizes scanners, shipping systems, and warehouse documentation to process orders accurately.
• Reports inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, or shipping concerns to leadership.
• Lifts and moves parts weighing up to 30 pounds.
• May drive company vehicle on campus for daily mail/parcel run.
• Performs other warehouse duties as assigned.

What Are the Requirements of the Job?

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and warehouse system skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn warehouse operations and inventory processes.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.
• Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
• Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
• Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
