Job Purpose:

We are seeking a versatile Maintenance Associate to join our vibrant team and help us spread the joy of gardening! If you have a true "can-do and happy-to" spirit, love a variety of tasks and enjoy being the go-to person who saves the day, this is the role for you!

Essential Responsibilities:

• Perform general repairs and housekeeping projects at the Farmhouse and Tomball office.
• Take pride in the physical appearance, facilities and grounds of the properties.
• Ensure proper functioning and upkeep of the property through regular maintenance tasks.
• Repair and maintain miscellaneous company-supplied equipment, materials, and tools.
• Reconfigure, install, position, and build office and garden equipment.
• Assist with special projects and company events as directed.
• Respond to facility-related requests and inquiries from employees.
• Perform cleaning tasks such as responding to spills and disposing of trash, ensuring all areas are tidy and functional.
• Comply with Company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
