Dermatologist, Lafayette, Louisiana | No Call | 4-Day Workweek

Step into a busy, well-established dermatology practice in the heart of South Louisiana with a strong referral base, consistent patient demand, and immediate volume from day one. This is not a build-from-scratch situation; the patients are already there, booked out months in advance, and an experienced support team is in place to keep things running efficiently. Whether your focus is medical dermatology, procedural work, or growing a cosmetic line, you'll have the autonomy and infrastructure to build the practice you want.

The Practice

• A growing dermatology team of physicians and experienced advanced practice providers
• Practice mix is approximately 95% medical dermatology with room to expand cosmetic services
• Physicians focus on higher-acuity cases while APPs manage lower-complexity visits
• Strong MA support, established clinic operations, and a streamlined EMR system

The Schedule

• Four-day workweek with flexibility for an optional additional half-day
• No call responsibilities
• High-volume outpatient setting with the ability to see 40 to 50 patients per day with full support staff

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary around $450,000 with collections-based earning potential on top
• Realistic path to $1M+ annually through productivity and ancillary revenue
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, negotiable

You'll Need

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Dermatology
