Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

RPh on the Go is seeking a Pharmacist for a long-term contract opportunity at a State High-Security Psychiatry Hospital in Missouri. Coverage is anticipated to begin in early September and continue until a permanent pharmacist is hired.

Schedule
Monday - Friday
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
No weekends
No on-call responsibilities
Pharmacy closed on all Missouri state holidays

Key Responsibilities
Perform pharmacist verification of technician work associated with automated packaging operations
Check bags flagged by InspectRx
Complete repackaging and bag corrections
Refill packager canisters as needed
Verify medications using barcode scanning after technician preparation
Limited medication order verification
Behavioral health experience not required

Requirements

✅ Active Missouri Pharmacist License
✅ 1+ year of recent pharmacy experience
✅ Strong attention to detail and verification accuracy
✅ Ability to work independently within a team environment
