On Tops Roofing is looking for a Repair Technician to join our team and help homeowners protect their homes through high-quality roof repairs. About the Role Visit several homes to perform roofing repairs each day Ensure all work meets On Tops Roofing's standards and manufacturer best practices Document repairs with before-and-after photos and job notes Communicate with the sales and production teams to keep projects moving smoothly Maintain safety and professionalism on every jobsite This is not a desk job. You'll spend your days in the field, meeting homeowners, climbing roofs, and completing repairs, while also being the face of On Tops in the community.
