Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - MedSurg / Tele to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in a MedSurg/Tele unit.
• Ensure adherence to facility policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Administer medications and treatments maintaining compliance with physician orders.
• Respond to rapid response and code situations promptly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Floating required to meet the staffing needs of the hospital.

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification required; ACLS strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a large, urban hospital setting.
• Proficient with EPIC charting system; charting experience required.
• Experience with management of dysrhythmias and cardiac telemetry.
• Prior experience at a Level I Academic Medical Center preferred.
• Ability to manage required drips and work in a 100% nicotine-free facility.
