Position Type Night time (2pm - 11pm) Full-time and Part-time Our Benefits Include A fun work environment where you can positively influence others Flexible scheduling (and closed on Sundays) Free College Tuition to Point University Learning first­hand from an experienced Operator and Restaurant Leaders Intentional growth and development to help you reach your professional goals Scholarship opportunities Competitive pay Leadership Responsibilities Participate in operationally running day-to-day kitchen activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant Ensure all food safety and quality standards are met consistently Assist in training new kitchen team members, set the tone for each shift, and serve as a role model for the team Foster a positive, supportive, and efficient work environment Open and/or close the kitchen, lead shifts, and serve as a key holder Maintain accurate counts for inventory and supplies, completing end-of-day kitchen checks and reports Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, to ensure smooth coordination with team members and leadership Qualifications and Requirements Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred (Shift Lead, Crew Lead, Supervisor, Team Lead, Restaurant Manager, or Assistant Manager) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with kitchen team members and leadership Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment and make quick, informed decisions Strong work ethic, dependability, and a positive attitude Commitment to Chick-fil-A’s values and mission Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with team members at all times Strong people skills with a desire to support, train, and develop kitchen team members Reliable transportation Commitment to maintaining superior food quality, safety, and operational standards Ability to work in a collaborative team environment with shared ownership and responsibility Ability to address team member behavioral and performance issues professionally and constructively Location: Crestview #J-18808-Ljbffr
