As a Graphic Designer, you will support the development of impactful packaging solutions that enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and strong collaboration skills, aligning successfully within a dynamic and innovative environment. Job Title: PT Graphic Designer Location: Bridgewater, NJ Pay Range: $25-$50/hour Shift: 9am-5pm EST What's the Job? Support and execute creative packaging design projects across various brands and product categories. Translate brand strategies and marketing objectives into compelling visual packaging concepts. Develop and refine packaging design systems, layouts, and visual assets to ensure consistency and brand integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Brand Marketing, Product Development, and Regulatory Affairs to meet project goals. Prepare production-ready artwork files, ensuring compliance with technical, regulatory, and print specifications. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field. 5-7 years of professional experience in packaging design within a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with knowledge of Adobe AI tools preferred. Strong understanding of print production processes and technical artwork requirements.
