We’re seeking an experienced bartender with a strong foundation in classic and contemporary cocktails , a deep understanding of spirits, and a commitment to hospitality. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains a high level of precision, and approaches their work with both professionalism and creativity.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality cocktails with consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations and educate guests on spirits, cocktails, and menu offerings
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times
- Collaborate with the bar team on prep, seasonal menus, and infusions
- Uphold service standards while creating a welcoming and elevated guest experience
- Handle transactions and follow all alcohol service laws and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a craft cocktail or high-volume cocktail-focused environment
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, modern techniques, and spirit categories
- Excellent communication skills and a calm, confident presence behind the bar
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Current food handler’s and alcohol service certifications (or ability to obtain upon hire)
