Our organization in Mason City, Iowa, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Electrophysiologist to become a part of our Cardiology department. We are a physician-owned, multi-specialty group dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare.

• Join a thriving team of 10 physicians, 10 fellows, and 7 nurse practitioners.
• Participate in a 1:6 call rotation, with the potential for additional call opportunities at $500 per diem, and fellows will take first call.
• Engage in a practice that encompasses inpatient, outpatient, and diagnostic services.
• Perform procedures including ICDs, pacemakers, ablations (utilizing pulse field technology), and loop recorders.
• Access a comprehensive range of cardiology services, collaborating with cardiac and vascular surgery teams.

• Work at MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center, a 342-bed regional referral teaching hospital.

• Attractive guaranteed base salary of $785,104 per year, plus production incentives (2-year guaranteed base).

A graduate of an accredited medical or osteopathic school is required. Candidates should demonstrate their competency through completion of a relevant residency program and must be board certified or eligible. The ability to obtain medical staff privileges at Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are necessary. Candidates must hold or be eligible for a physician license in the State of Iowa, as well as an Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and a Federal DEA Certificate.
