Automotive Paint Technician
Pay: $24.00–$30.00/hour (Based on Experience)

We're looking for 2 experienced Automotive Paint Technician who can handle the complete paint process from start to finish. If you take pride in producing high-quality finishes and have an eye for detail, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all phases of automotive painting from prep to final finish
• Sand, mask, prime, and prepare vehicles for paint
• Mix and match paint colors accurately
• Apply base coat, clear coat, and specialty finishes
• Buff, polish, and inspect completed work for quality
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all company safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• 3+ years of automotive painting experience
• Experience with the complete paint process from beginning to end
• Knowledge of paint mixing systems and spray equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
