Provide specialized patient care to adults undergoing interventional radiology procedures. Common procedures include biopsies, embolizations, ablations, angiography, and drain placements. The role involves preparing patients, intra-procedure monitoring, and post-procedure recovery. Responsibilities include work in both PACU and extended stay environments. Interventional radiology plays a crucial role in the critical embolization response team for trauma patients. This position requires critical thinking and strong communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment is essential. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is key to delivering high-quality patient-centered care. Client-issued and laundered scrub pants and tops are required, along with other infection prevention measures as needed.
