We’re hiring an Inside Sales Representative for an entry-level role designed to support career growth within our sales organization. While 2–3 years of experience in sales or a related field is preferred, we’re primarily looking for someone who is eager to learn, contribute, and advance within our company.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating leads, supporting the sales process, closing new business, and helping achieve sales targets. You’ll conduct research to identify prospects and reach business targets through phone and email outreach. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with the marketing team, offering valuable input based on your interactions with potential clients and participating in the execution of marketing initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Warm-call prospects generated through external lead sources.
• Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying accounts and conducting cold-calling and email outreach.
• Identify decision-makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
• Penetrate targeted accounts and generate sales from within both prospective and existing client bases.
• Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine strategic sales approaches.
• Create and deliver qualified opportunities to other team members.
• Follow up with existing clients via telephone and email to support relationship growth, cross-selling, and up-selling opportunities.
• Support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events, as needed. 
• Handle inbound prospect inquiries and convert to sales. 
• Emphasize product/service features and benefits, prepare quotes, and overcome customer objections. 
• Attend periodic sales training and professional development opportunities, where applicable.

Requirements:

• University or college degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 
• Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills. 
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage prospective customers by phone and email. 
• Self-motivated, high energy, engaging level of enthusiasm and strong work ethic. 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of software 
• Willingness to occasionally travel and participate in sales events or exhibits. 
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

  Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, or tele sales capacity. 
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales technology 
• Experience making outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, or supporting customer acquisition efforts.
• Demonstrated initiative, resilience, and openness to coaching and feedback.
• Interest in building a long-term career in sales and pursuing professional growth opportunities. 

Working Conditions

• Some travel may be required.
• Ability to attend and conduct presentations.
• Manual dexterity required to operate a computer and peripherals.
• Overtime as required.
