ChristianaCare invites new RN graduates and nursing students to its Labor and Delivery Nurse Residency Program, a 26-week course with clinical training across Labor & Delivery, Perioperative, OB High Risk, and Antenatal Care. The program blends classroom instruction, simulation, peer support, and preceptored practice to build confidence and expertise. Participants complete multidisciplinary sessions and transition visits, with the Delaware licensure process supported during the program. #J-18808-Ljbffr Christiana Care Health System
