We are currently looking to add a full-time Customer Service Representative to our team who will deliver the exceptional service and support our customers have come to expect.If you bring energy, take ownership, and enjoy helping customers, this could be a great fit. In this role, you will be a key part of the operations team-managing inbound service calls, making outbound calls to maintenance customers, and helping ensure every interaction is professional, efficient, and supportive.This position follows a rotational schedule (Monday – Friday and then Tuesday – Saturday). We offer a competitive hourly wage and a strong benefits package, including 100% coverage of the employee base medical and dental plan.What We OfferCompetitive hourly pay: $16–$23 per hour (based on experience)Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) (with 100% of the employee base medical and dental plan covered by Vogel)Paid vacation, holidays, and sick timeThe stability of a well-established local brand with a loyal customer baseA dependable role in a growing service companyWhat You Will DoManage incoming customer calls, texts, and scheduling requests with professionalism and urgency.Assess customer needs to determine whether the issue is an emergency outage or a standard repair request.Dispatch the on-call service technician efficiently and accurately.Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, technicians, vendors, and internal teams.Complete invoicing, work orders, and ticket updates within 48 hours of service completion.Track driver and technician progress using GPS and dispatch systems and proactively communicate to resolve delays or access issues.Conduct outbound calls to maintenance customers to schedule covered service visits.What We're Looking ForPrevious experience in customer service or a call center environment preferred; experience in field service industries such as HVAC, plumbing, or pest control is a plus.Knowledge of Samsara and Jonas is a plus.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and dependable follow-through.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to support customers calmly during urgent situations.Availability and flexibility to work the noted 2nd shift seasonal schedule.A positive, professional style that fits well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Motivated, adaptable, and able to stay composed as priorities shift.If you are organized, initiative-taking, and thrive in a challenging environment, we would love to hear from you.
