Overview Occupational Therapist / OTR / OT / OTR/L - Full Time or Part Time option - Fairview, NC. $3,000 sign-on bonus for full time. Full-time shared with SNF in Weaverville or option for part time at each location. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat residents, under orders from a physician, using a variety of occupational therapy procedures and assistive devices to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident’s life.
